Fullscript will take care of the general marketing to your patients for the Whole for the Holidays Sale, but hearing it from you, the provider they trust with their care, will mean more.
Use a mix of the ready-made resources below to get the word out about the biggest sale of the year!

Fullscript’s communications schedule
The below is subject to change without notice.

Starting November 28, 2025, Fullscript will begin communicating with your patients about the Whole for the Holidays Sale.
Before the sale starts, we’ll send one email to your eligible patients.
During the sale, we’ll send a daily maximum of:
- 1 text message
- 1 push notification
- 1 AM email
- 1 PM email (if the AM version is unopened)
Patients who are more engaged with Fullscript communications overall, could qualify to receive multiple messages, while less engaged patients won’t receive as many. This helps to ensure our messages deliver to the different audiences at their preferred frequency.
Once a patient orders, we will stop messaging them about the promo. However, on the final day of the sale, we’ll remind them that they have a final chance to save.
Your recommended communications schedule
To complement the messaging efforts Fullscript is making, we suggest that you send a “teaser” one or two days ahead of the sale, and then promote the sale each day it runs.

Note: For Instagram Stories, upload the vertical image to Stories and swipe up when editing the story to include a link sticker — from there you can include your dispensary link for patients to easily access.

Use these tips to record a successful social video
The dos of social videos
Keep it short, 15 seconds is the most recommended.
Add subtitles, platforms like TikTok and Instagram can auto generate these.
End with a call-to-action, such as “place an order today!”
The don'ts of social videos
Don’t film in bad lighting. Natural lighting is best.
Don’t leave in clips or dead air, like waiting for the recording to start. These can be trimmed directly in many social platforms.
Don’t speak quietly. Ideally, record your audio with a separate mic rather than using the output of the camera.
