What labs can I order through Fullscript?
Our initial lab catalog includes Quest Diagnostics, Genova, Doctors Data, Precision Analytical, and Diagnostic Solutions.
Our Integrative Medical Advisory Team vets each lab, and we plan to add more soon. If you have limited ordering access, you can register for our authorization network to recommend tests to your clients.
Do I need accounts from each lab company to order their tests?
No, you don’t. When you register for labs on Fullscript, you immediately gain access to thousands of testing options, and we automatically set up any necessary lab accounts for you.
What costs are currently associated with lab testing on Fullscript?
We offer competitive pricing for all the lab tests in our catalog. At present, there are no separate platform fees charged to providers or transaction fees charged to the patients with the labs. However, if a practitioner opts into using our Custom/Interpretation fees feature, Fullscript charges a 3% service fee on the price of specialty tests. We manage secure storage, shipping, and handling of kits—ensuring your patients receive tests quickly, and that every sample meets high-quality standards providers expect.
This fee is not applied to blood labs or any additional fees added to a plan.

What billing options are available for labs?
We offer a range of billing options for cash-pay lab testing to support your practice’s preferences and workflows. Choose from our three options:

- Patient pay: Fullscript bills your patient for testing. You can choose to have the patient complete this step via their Fullscript account or by using the in-office checkout option.
- Practitioner pay: You pay upfront for testing, and handle billing with your patient separately with no test pricing disclosed to your patient in the platform.
- Custom fees: You can add an itemized additional service fee that is collected on your behalf and paid out to your account once results are available.
