Navigate Smarter, Start Stronger: Meet the New Homepage and Menu

Too often, the tools meant to support care can get in the way of delivering it. Providers spend too much time juggling accounts, toggling between screens, and combing through their inbox for key updates. That’s why we’ve redesigned two core parts of the Fullscript experience — the homepage and navigation menu — with the help of providers who use the platform every day. 

Together, these changes should help you find what you need faster, complete tasks more intuitively, and start your day feeling more informed from the moment you log in.

What’s new: Two updates that work better together

With the new homepage and navigation, you can:

• Start your day informed and ready to take action
  The new homepage surfaces key information, like account updates, patient requests, and product substitutions — all in one place, organized and ready for action. This should help reduce email inbox clutter, while ensuring you’re still up-to-speed on important updates
• Better patient access
  The refreshed homepage makes it much faster to jump to patient profiles, with a search bar at the top of the page. Start a plan for a patient faster, or create a new profile as soon as you log in
• Find your tools, faster
  The refreshed navigation menu better-reflects real workflows. We’ve reorganized it so you can access core workflows with fewer clicks, and find things more intuitively. 
• Track metrics at a glance
  The new homepage includes two key analytics tiles that offer a quick snapshot of your practice performance and engagement, so you can keep an eye on these metrics more often
• An always-on assistant
  You have access to Fullscript Assist, your new suite of AI-powered decision support tools, through the menu at the top. It’s always running in the background, without being disruptive, and is always one click away in your top navigation bar

Why it matters

We heard feedback from providers that delivering care requires too many clicks, too many emails, and too much time. We’re looking for ways to consolidate communication, simplify your workflows, and reduce the time you spend trying to find tools, patient profiles, or performance metrics. This refreshed experience was built to reflect what actually happens in your day and how you work.
